Oh, Kona...you stole my heart.
This was my most favorite day.
A little beach town with shops, food and a beach? I'm in...
Breakfast with these lovelies!!
Kona was a tender port so we jumped the tender boat to shore.
We saw a ton of dolphins but we just couldn't get our camera quick enough.
First up...Kona Coffee.
It was incredible.
We could see our ship from the main road!
We did a little shopping. Some of us lasted longer than others.
Those others headed to the BEACH!!!
We loved the beach. It was small waves, warm water!
We rented some beach chairs and just enjoyed the afternoon!
After the beach, we ubered to a restaurant that was featured on Diners, Drive In's and Dives.
It was so good!
John got the ribs that were featured on the show.
Katie and I indulged in the drinks.
After lunch, Katie and Patrick took all the girls back to the ship.
Where they spent the rest of the day playing games and shuffleboard.
John and I stayed at the beach and enjoyed a little more of the Kona Surprise AKA Sunburn.
It was so nice!
We didn't feel like getting too formal for dinner so we met for a few drinks and headed to the Cadillac Diner for dinner.
We regretted that decision but it was still fun to be together!
