After 47 years at St. Charles, Aunt Tammy has officially retired.
Her boss through an adorable tea party for her retirement and we were invited.
It was so cute and everyone was so welcoming!

Family Fun Day!!!
We had a free afternoon available (which hasn't happened in months!), so we took advantage of Family Fun Day!!!
First up, we went to see the much anticipated Wonka.
It was just ok for me but my girls LOVED it!!
Finished up with dinner at Texas Roadhouse.
It was a perfect afternoon!
Christmas 2023
Christmas was a blur. We were so busy that sometimes I feel it's hard to enjoy the season. I know I'm not the only parent.
We are definitely simplifying for 2024.
But we did enjoy the holiday festivities!
We Black Friday shopped!
We wrapped gifts!
We saw Santa!
We gifted face socks to our friends!
We put up our holiday decorations!
We wore our Christmas festive wear!
We made Christmas cards!
Then mailed them!
We joined the basketball team and spread holiday cheer at the nursing home.
We made gingerbread houses!
We took a day off with friends to have cranberry margaritas!
Then back for dinner!
We donned our holiday best and went to church!
Santa came!
We enjoyed Christmas morning.
And time with cousins!
John enjoyed his new apron!
Celebrating Roz's 15th Birthday!!
We had a wonderful birthday lunch at a framily fave celebrating Roz, princess style.
The girls had a great time together!
We are so grateful to celebrate this wonderful human.

Addy's Choir Concert!
The 6th Grade performed a Christmas Choir Concert!!
It was mostly holiday songs and they did so well!

Basketball vs. Ottawa Hills
I'll have a whole separate post on basketball, but this one deserved a special shout out.
Basketball brought Ottawa Hills to Genoa and along with that was our Green Bear Cheerleader, Roz!!
We love when our friends come to our school!
