ROME, Day Two

 Day TWO kicked off at 9:30 where Meemo, the most amazing tour guide, picked us up on a golf cart! 

This was a great idea to schedule this tour because it was HOT and we could have never done everything we wanted to do on foot. 

Four hours of fun, history, beautiful scenery, amazing architecture.

What a day! 

After the tour, Meemo dropped us off at one of his favorite restaurants. 

Introducing the most amazing food I have every eaten. 

I am still thinking and dreaming of this dish.

John's Meal! 

After lunch we went back to the hotel for a little rest and cool down. 

Some of us took our pants off, while others played on their phones. 

Patrick, John and Ava headed out for their next adventure...

The rest of us stayed back to shop and eat. 

Oh, and lemon cheesecake gelato in a lemon. 

I also still dream about this. 

Addy and Roz also had some special candy, which was promptly spit out. 

We ended up catching up with the guys for dinner where we had the next most amazing meal.

This was the place where I realized I could totally live in Rome. 

Cobblestone streets, drinking Prosecco across from Louis Vuitton. 

It was such a core moment for me. I was in heaven!

After dinner we headed back with these monkeys for a night of rest. 

Another big day was ahead!
