Day 7 started with these twinsies!
We pulled into Kudasi, Turkey and disembarked the ship.
We had a private tour scheduled but secretly were excited to come back to the port for a little shopping and I found that little special coffee shop that I love so much.
Doesn't it look like Hollywood?
They then took us to another room where they had a extremely in depth sales pitch but they gave us Turkish coffee and it made it all worth it.
From there we headed to the home of the Virgin Mary.
This is the last known home of the Virgin Mary as recognized by the Catholic Church.
As we were leaving there was a wall of prayers.
It.was.AMAZING.
We added one of our own.
Candles lit in prayer.
Afterwards we headed back to the van and headed to The Temple of Artemis
Our sweet guide
Afterwards we drove by a mosque and decided to go inside.
This was cool but we had to wear scarves and robes.
While we tried to respectful, I'd be lying if I said this didn't create a bunch of giggles!
New favorite photo of Addy!
Rozzie looked like a Turkish pregnant woman
Next up was Cini.
Traditional hand painted pottery.
They treated us to mandarin sodas.
I could have watched her for hours.
Afterwards we got to go into the shop.
Fascinating!
Ava loved this piece so much. We did inquire and it was a slllliiiigggghhhhlllllyyyy our of our price range.
After this we headed back to the town area so we could SHOP!
Knock off shopping at it's finest.
Everyone got a little something and then we headed for coffee.
Sera enjoyed this very much.
Back to the ship and ready for dinner.
This is Suzhen. She is from the same city as Addy's birthplace.
They really bonded over the week!
Eighties night with Nikki Six, neon and prosecco!
