Ava and I have joined the Harry Potter world.
The 4th grade teachers at Ava's school started a Harry Potter book club. They are assigned 2 chapters per week and meet every Monday during lunch and recess. I haven't ever read the series so I told her I would read with her. We've been busy so she's had to read without me a few times. I need to catch up. Side note: I've probably read 4 books since she's started this. Ha!
One Monday per month they stay after school.
The first time they made magic wands and played a mean game of Quiddich.
She's really enjoying it and I'm glad she's reading!
It's such a favorite of mine so I hope she sticks with it!
