Holiday World and Santa Claus, Indiana - Day 1

Before Summer ends, we needed one more adventure.
Girls Trip to Santa Claus, Indiana and Holiday World!
That book of Katie's hasn't proved us wrong yet.
Katie and Roz.
Heather and Ella.
Sara, Ava and Addy.

We arrived in Santa Claus, Indiana.
While it was a cute little spot, it wasn't the Hallmark movie we thought it would be.
But we had a great time and the girls loved it!
There was lots to see.

First up, the Santa Claus Post Office, where the girls wrote letters to Santa Claus.
Ava asked for ear pods and Addy asked for a LOL.

On the same property is the church and the big Santa Claus statue which made for some super cute pictures of our girls!

Our next stop was Santa's Candy Castle. Where Addy declared it "Her Dream Come True"!
We bought a little candy and John some Fire Popcorn (side note: he said it's the hottest thing he has ever eaten!)

Next up...Abraham Lincoln's childhood home.
I actually really enjoyed this.
The girls loved seeing the shoes because he had BIG feet.
There was a short little movie where we learned more about the family.
Then we got one of my most favorite pictures! Haha!

I love this!!!

A couple of more store rounded up our exploring!

We headed back to the hotel for dinner and to explore the property.
The website made it seem like we were staying in the North Pole.
It wasn't. But the girls still loved everything. They are so easy to please! Ha!

They fed the fish!

We ended our night poolside. Well, the mamas were.
The girls swam until we forced them up to bed for a good nights sleep because we had big plans the next day!
