Homecoming 2025

 Whew...that was a week.

For the Houghtaling house, it started two days early. We came home from the football game and our house was toilet papered. It was then toilet papered every night for the next seven nights. Well, except on Sunday night when Addy, John and I hung out in John's truck and scared away potential opportunities. That was fun! For a night.

One morning, we even had plastic balls.

Weak

But don't feel too bad for us, our little delinquent was out all week. We saw 1am every night this week.

Lots of these for all parties

By Thursday night, these girls were exhausted...
this was BEFORE going out.

The soccer team decided to do proposals with each other and drew names. Ava and Lyla drew each other!
Lyla is a big Hamilton fan so this is what Ava did:

Lyla's to Ava:

Even though we weren't in this one, we still saw the benefits from our Ring doorbell. I don't know if I have ever laughed so hard. This is a clip of 3 different videos. It was amazing!

Our Adub.

Thursday night brought Stud Volleyball and Powderpuff Football.
Ava would be an awesome football player! She had 2 interceptions!

Senior's won Stud Volleyball, Junior's won Powderpuff! They dominated.

Friday Night Lights brought USA Out.
Lots of shout outs to our President with Ava's posse.

Even Addy and her friend Sammie participated!

Imagine how excited we were when our dear friend, Lyla was crowned Homecoming Queen!!

Saturday was dance day!!!
One of her soccer coaches came over bright and early to PAINT AVA's NAILS. Yes, you read that right.

Some quick photos at home with the football crowd (Dad's) and Baby Frankie before we headed out for the "official photos".

Off to the Art Museum for the Official Photos with everyone else in the City of Toledo. I told Ava never again. There are too many other cool places that aren't so popular. But, man...they looked AMAZING!

No photos from the dance which "wasn't fun because the music sucked".

Throw in a friend slumber party after the dance where they all slept around 13 hours and it was a great ending to an exhausting week.
