Both girls had tournaments last weekend. Addy Grace played the first game at 9am.
They lost 1-0. It was a good game. The only goal was scored in the last few minutes of the game.
She was fine! I don't even know if she knew they could have progressed.
But this team.
Goodness. I love them.
They have played together since they were SIX years old.
All the work and practice has paid off.
They finished in FIRST place in the league.
Because of the placement, they had a bye on the first round.
They played the first game at 1:00 and WON!
Which led them to the championship game.
They lost 1-0 in the championship game.
They played so well and I was so, so proud.
Afterwards there were trophy and pictures!
I cannot believe soccer is over until the Spring.
Where is all this free time we were supposed to have? Ha!
