Summer of Addy!

Addy has stepped out of her comfort zone this summer!

I'm so proud of her. 

She joined the Summer Reading Program at the library and got her very first library card! 

She is also doing a summer camp at BGSU, Ice Skating! 

She loves it and is so amazing on skates!

I'm so proud of her!!

 

 

Happy Birthday to Me!!

 Our last official day in Virginia Beach was also my 46th Birthday! 

We hung by the pool, cleaned and started to pack our room topped off with Mexican and Margaritas. 

Let's just say that's all I remember. Haha!!

Addy's Gotcha Day!!

 E-I-G-H-T Sweet years with Sweet Girl. 

All she wanted was Starbucks and Cookies. 

So we delivered. 

After our sugar rush, we headed to the boardwalk and did a little shopping and finished with a crab leg dinner for most and cheese fries for me!! 

Then it was back to the house where we celebrated with cake with the rest of the Houghtaling clan.

Virginia Beach Aquarium and Ziplining

 John and the big girls wanted to go to a Ropes/Zipling course. Addy and I didn't. So, we dropped them off and then went to the aquarium and shopping. 

Virginia Beach 2022

Virginia Beach 2022 has finally arrived. 

There is quite a bit of planning going into this trip. 

But most of the Houghtaling's headed south (for some) and north (for others). 

This year, Ava took a friend!
