Cell Phone Pictures

It's been a quiet week at the Houghtaling's. We are really just trying to focus on Ava and her sleeping issues. She has been getting up around 4am every day and is fighting naps. It's causing some very cranky people in our house. We've been trying new things to try and get her to sleep through the night. She sleeps in a bare crib because she doesn't want anything in there with her. But at school she sleeps on a cot with a pillow and blanket. So, we brought a cot home and have had much success! I hate the fact that she is sleeping on a cot, but it's working. We want to trial it for a few nights first and then we will probably just transition her to toddler bed. Wish us luck!! Since it's been so quiet, I thought I would share some pictures from my cell phone that I have taken. First time to sleep with a blanket in her crib. Granted, it was only like 15 minutes, but what can you do?? Chillin'... Going for a ride on the golf cart with Aunt Kay Playing with her new mailbox (half dressed) Elmo needs to be in a seatbelt, too! Tired of waiting for Mommy to get off the phone... My favorite!!
