We're Still Here!!

We're here, we're here!

Sorry for the extremely long post, but it's time for catch up!!

We have been experiencing some behavior with Ava lately. Spitting. I completely, truly HATE spitting. It is a top 5 pet peeve. We tried talking to her about it, time out, and then decided on hot sauce...

She anticipated it...

Didn't really like it at first...

And then looked at us and said "I ant more ketchup!!" What?? She loved it! Guess we need something new...

Last Saturday was a swimming day!

But let me tell ya...it wears a girl out. We were sitting around and Ava was swimming. All of a sudden we realized she had gotten out of the pool, sat in her chair and passed out.

Goggles and all...We tried to move her and she wasn't happy and laid back in her chair.

So, Daddy got creative and put an umbrella up for the girl. She slept like this for an hour!!

On Thursday, I took a vacation day and had a little United Nations party at my house. We had friends over to swim for the day.

Adorable children from Russia, Guatemala, China, and the USA.

Rozalyn, Ava, and Ella

We waited until the end to get a group shot...So funny!!
Josh, Jewel, Celeste, Noah, Ella, Rozalyn, and my little Ava on the floor crying...Haha!!

On Sunday, Ava was invited to a birthday party at Hero's in Perrysburg. She took a little to warm up, but she ended up having a good time. She didn't want to do the slide at first, so Daddy took her...

And then she got the nerve to do it herself!!

She loved the parachute!!

The Ring Toss

She got to pick out a prize!

Loved the cupcake!!

And ran for the candy out of the pinata!!

We are in birthday mode now! My girl turns 3 tomorrow!! Can't wait to share everything with you!!

Talk soon!
