New Years Eve 2019!

The day started out on a positive note!
We finally received approval to get my Dad moved to a Rehab Facility!!
Whoop!!
It set the mood for the day because we had a great time!
We had reservations at Nagoya and the Millner family joined us.

Addy and Ella

Amy and I -- 30+ years of friendship

The hubby's

Our favorite neighbor was working!! Holly!

This kid and her sushi...not a cheap habit.

I freaking love this photo!! Addy was so into catching that chicken!

After dinner, we said goodbye to the Millner's and we headed to a local hotel for the night!

The girls indulged in a few hours of swimming.

We headed back to the room and chilled. I couldn't last. I was so tired.
Neither could John. He woke up about 11:50 to use the bathroom and the girls were up partying! Ha!
Going strong and drinking sparkling grape juice!
They woke up up with about 30 seconds to go.
We all kissed and heading back to sleep. Ha!

That's a wrap on 2019!
It was a great year for the most part and ended sad with my Dad.
But we are on the upswing and looking forward to 2020!!

Sleepover!

So...the mama's had talked about a possible side trip to Chicago over Christmas Break.
But then everything happened with my dad and I just couldn't leave town.
The girls needed to see each other (because they think they need to everyday) so we did a staycation at our house. I mean we have a hot tub!

We have a gorgeous living room with comfy furniture but we all squeezed into the She Shed.

The next day I was heading the hospital with fingers crossed of a release for my dad so Katie offered to take the girls. Sadly, Aunt Leigh (Katie's sister) was in the hospital too, so they all went to go visit her! The girls were so glad to see Mimi and I think the feeling was mutual.

Aunt Leigh was pretty stoked too!!

Road Trip to Columbus!!

Uncle Carl wasn't able to come home for Christmas so we decided to road trip to Columbus to see him! We picked him up and headed to Massey's for pizza. Uncle Carl nailed the lunch location.
It was amazing!

I have serious shortage of OSU swag so we headed down to THE University to see what we can find.
Unfortunately I didn't score but everyone else in my family did.

When you are this.close to The Shoe, it's an absolute must to O-H-I-O!

We're sorry that Daddy couldn't join because this is his jam, but Ava was so excited to see the stadium.

Class of 94

Twenty five years ago I graduated high school.
I cannot wrap my head around that.
Anyhow, we had a little mini gathering at a local bar with some of our fellow graduates.
It was a small turnout but still fun!

Bowling with Jade!

We met Ella, Roz and Jade and their mamas at the local bowling alley.
The girls played two games, had pizza and lots of fun!!!

Merry Christmas 2019!!!

The girls slept until 7:30!!!
They had asked how early they could get up and we asked for 6:30.
Bonus!

I loved this tag from Addy!

We headed up to the hospital to see my Dad in the morning.
He was in pretty sad spirits so we took him his gift.

Tracy and my Mom hosted Christmas this year! It ended up working out so well, with everything happening with my Dad. It took the stress away.
We headed to Tracy's and it was 60 degrees.
So...family photos outside!

Emily loved her new gift!

We're going on a cruise!

Playing outside and Facetiming Roz.

Cousins!!!

It was a great day!!!
We ended the evening back up at the hospital and took my dad a plate of food.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

Christmas Eve 2019

Christmas Eve day was spent at the hospital with Dad.
It was bittersweet. He is in Ohio but he's been super sad.

We got ready for church and took a few photos.
PS...I LOVE MY PANTS! Ha!

We snapped a few more photos at church with Uncle Nate and our family.

Guess who played Hark The Herald Angels?

We need a better plan for Christmas Eve dinner.
With the time our church starts, we never have a decent dinner.
We ended up at the truck stop for dinner. Ha!!
Snapchat fun!

Back home for matching pajamas and Home Alone!

Merry Christmas to all!
