California - Day 4

Hello, Temecula!!
Man, do you have some beautiful scenery!!
We woke up early in the morning and packed up the car and headed Northeast.
Within an hour, we were in Temecula.
It's breathtaking.
We checked into our hotel early and headed to Old Town Temecula for lunch.
We had a FANTASTIC meal.
We ate at The Goat & Vine.
Ava and I split a Steak Gorgonzola pizza with blue cheese drizzle. Ugh, it was so good.
We went to a little bakery for macaroons for dessert.
Then it was off to wine country.
We landed at Wilson Creek Winery.
It was super warm but I enjoyed my Sangria Slushee to the fullest extent.

Clearly, the girls enjoyed themselves.

We took as much as we could from the girls so we headed back to the hotel to swim.
That's where we met Lily!!
Most of the family was down at the pool so we were able to meet our newest great niece.
I love her!

The Sisters

Unfortunately the resort had a childrens pool and a 21 and over pool.
Well, the girls and I ventured over to the childrens pool and everyone else stayed at the 21 and over.
See Exhibit A.
Ha!

It was back to the room for a little siesta and showers before we headed off to the evening festivities.
There was a little Wedding Meet and Greet with yummy food and drinks.
The Groom

Uncle George!

These cousin were reunited at last. It's been almost two years!!!
They picked up right where they left off.
