We were booked to go on a Western Caribbean cruise last week. We knew it was iffy going into it because of the Coronavirus. As of the time we needed to leave, the cruise hadn't yet canceled. The week before us were currently cruising. So...off we went!
Things that make me happy...driving down the road and seeing Addy's little foot hanging in the back.
About 11:30 that night we got the call that the cruise was canceled.
We contemplated on what to do. We were about half way to Florida.
What we knew...we needed a vacation.
Everyone was so mentally drained.
We decided to still head to Florida. It was just a matter of where.
Originally we thought Destin but the weather was supposed to be in the 60's and we wanted warmth!
So...we looked at the AirBNB website and decided on a condo in Pompano
Beach, FL.
We snagged a great condo that was super clean, 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen!
It had fantastic amenities and we only were able to enjoy for a short time.
We were close to restaurants so we were able to walk to dinner a couple of nights!
Addy was really missing the cruise so she did a video tutorial on towel animals.
God love her.
