I have battled varicose veins my whole life. Sometimes they are pretty painful but even more so since I've been working out and losing weight. I reached out to a doctor and found out I was a candidate for surgery and to get it stripped.
I was soooo excited!
But then the procedure started and I realized how much the procedure hurt. Ha! I was so excited to get it removed, I never thought it would hurt.
Anyhow, an hour later, it was stripped and I was on my way home.
A chill night propped up with Comet football on TV.

It's healing well, but still super tender. But the pain is gone!
