Saturday morning we went to Breakfast with Santa at Clay High School. This is put on by the Oregon Rotary Club. It was so cute! And Ava has a blast!We've been talking about Santa quite a bit lately. I've been telling her how he is so nice and he's her friend. She did really well! She was super nervous when he first walked in. But we talked and she kept asking "santa hode me?" :)
They had a couple of different craft stations. One was making an ornament that the club is going to send over to the troops.
And then Ava's sticker was called. It was time for her to sit on Santa's lap. And....
NO TEARS!!
The picture they took didn't turn out so well. So I think we will still go to Bass Pro at some point. They also had face painting. But anyone who knows Ava will know she doesn't like stuff on her face. She is actually a super clean eater because of this! So, she opted for a "hand" paint. :)
They also had a craft station to make an ornament to keep. It turned out so cute!
And the best part of the day came when Riley (Ava's friend from school) showed up! They were so excited to see each other!
