Friday Night at the Art Museum

Ella's daddy's band was playing on the front steps of the art museum. 

We took advantage of hanging with our friends and enjoying the music!

Put In Bay - Day 2

We were so fortunate to wake up the next morning and spend a few more hours on the island. 

We headed to Perry's Family Caves where we did the fun pass! 

We spent some time underground in the cave, which was interesting but a little scary! 

We finished off our fun with putt putt! 

We dropped off our golf cart and headed back to the Jet Express. The girls just weren't ready for it to be over so Roz and Katie hung at our house for a little bit so the girls could swim! 

Such a fun girls trip!!

Put In Bay!

We took another summer adventure and it took us to Put In Bay! 

I had never been there other than to visit the bars. Ha! 

We grabbed our BFF's and hopped the Jet Express!

First stop was lunch at Frosty's!

Then some playing in the park!

We checked into our hotel and were handed the keys to our transportation for the next two days! 

A golf cart! These was easily a favorite of the girls!

We checked out the Merry Go Round and drove around the island taking in the sites!

We ventured over to the Commodore Perry monument.

While these chickens stayed on the ground and myself stayed on the ground. 

Mama Heather joined us in the afternoon!

And took us to some super cool places on the island that I've never seen before!

We finished our day with dinner on the water and swimming for the girls!

We had a great day and went to bed super tired and excited for the next day!

Girls Night for Mommy!!

I gathered my 3 BFF's from high school, we grabbed a golf cart, had amazing food and drinks and talked for FOUR hours. It was good for the soul!

Leilani Visits!

Uncle George and Leilani came up to visit for the weekend! 

Friday night we went to El Camino with Aunt Liz, Andrew and Megan! 

The girls had a blast with them. They even came back to our house and we had some drinks and the kids made s'mores. 

Saturday we hung by the pool but then we headed downtown to the splash pad and to watch a movie on the big screen outside. 

We had a super fun visit!

FCC Swim Party!! AKA The American Girl

We hosted a summer swim party for our FCC friends. 

The weather was sketchy at first but it turned out wonderful. 

Funny story:

One of our families has a daughter adopted from China who is older than most of our kids. But she has a biological child who is around the same age. About 15 mins after everyone arrived, Ava pulled me aside and asked "Who's the American girl?" Ha!!

We had a great time with our families!! 

Addy's 1st Sleepover!!

The night of Ava's party, Addy was invited to spend the night with Jojo! She was keeping her niece Piper and they get along so well! I was wondering how she would do but she didn't even give us a second look when she was leaving. Ha!

She did wonderful! No issues at all! My big girl!
