Varsity Basketball Cheer

 Genoa's Varsity Cheerleaders were cheering for a state championship and were going to miss one of the Varsity games. So they invited the Middle School girls to cheer! 

Addy was so excited to cheer before the big crowd and the more intense game!

I, unfortunately, was stuck in the concession stand so kept sneaking peeks at her. 

I also paid one of Ava's friends to snap some photos. 

But my village. They are always there and I kept checking photos with messages about how sweet she is! 

What a fun night!

President's Day Fun!

Presidents Day allowed us to spend the afternoon with our sister friends. 

We pushed them in another room while the mama's caught up. 

I think we all left there with our souls replenished. 

 

Annual Mancy's Dinner with Friends

 We had our annual Mancy's dinner with our besties. 

We added Ken and Amanda and Keith wasn't able to make it. But we enjoyed our meal immensely and and the company even more. 

Galentine's Day with Mrs. Schober

We miss Mrs. Schober so much! 

So we were very excited to have her reach out and ask if we wanted to do a flower arrangement class for Valentine's Day! 

She brought Baby Addy who is so sweet!

Warrant/Firehouse

Mr. Houghtaling and I snuck out for an overnight date night. 

We headed to Indiana to see Warrant and Firehouse. 

Both the lead singers of the group have passed away, but Firehouse did an amazing job replacing him. They found a guy from American Idol who was amazing! 

Warrant was disappointing. They played their hits but I think they still think they are playing in the 80's! 

Regardless, it was awesome to get away with John.
