Addy Grace had her first cheer competition of the season.
They were the only team in their division so it was automatically 1st place.

We still snagged some pretty good deals.
We finished up at were at breakfast by 9am.
We all went our separate directions afterwards and met back up for Hallmark Bingo.

As always a yummy meal and I made copycat Chick Fil A Mac & Cheese. It was amazing and will now become a staple at all family functions.

Ava Kate landed herself her very first job. She is working at a little local pizza joint not far from our house. She loves the money and she hates it. Because it interferes with her social life too much!
She is working with her friends so that makes it a little easier.
Soccer season officially commenced with the banquet.
Ava earned her 2nd year letter and won the $50 challenge with her header goal.
This is always such a fun time! Her coach does a wonderful job. We enjoyed a yummy meal afterwards. What a wonderful group of girls.
Uncle Nate got a kitten and to say we are OBSESSED would be an understatement.

He named her Anya (this was the name of the winter storm while we were in Colorado), which was the weekend he was "matched" with her.

I remember standing in my Grandma's living room while my Uncle Jerry shared that Lisa was pregnant. She is the same age as me and that was a very grown up thing. I remember thinking, are we old enough for this?
I loved that girl from that very moment. When she was 11 months old, she walked the aisle at my wedding.
Her mama had alot going on so I offered to host a Birthday Brunch at my house for the family.

My cousin, Ryan passed away.
He was the oldest of us cousins on my mom's side.
It was very sudden, but he passed in his sleep so it was peaceful.
We celebrated his life this past weekend.
The girls had a 4 day weekend.
So, I also decided to take a few days off and we booked flights to Colorado!
I like to go out at least once a year to see my Aunt Carol and my cousin, Robin.
What we didn't expect was TWO FEET OF SNOW!
But we made the best of it. Lots of indoor activities, one day of sunshine, many visits, In N Out, and 2 books. All is right in the world.
