Ice Skating Fun!

Addy has been begging me to go Ice Skating. I'm not the most coordinated person but they are decent enough to manage on their own. 

Imagine our surprise when we ran into The Rethman's!! 

Therefore, Addy had companions. 

I enlisted the best ice skater we know, Shelby. 

She worked with them on stopping and staying upright while I sat in the stands and took photos!

Competition Season!

Addycakes FINALLY was able to have her cheer competition! 

We headed to Lake High School decked in our Comet gear. 

She, of course, did amazing! 

Her squad placed 2nd and there were tons of smiles!

 

Night with Friends!

It was time for us to meet up with John's cronies from high school. 

The girls went to Nana's and we headed to Cleveland. 

JOHN DROVE!!!! It was so weird.

Greg and Tina hosted. 

We walked into a grazing charcuterie board. 

It was gorgeous!! 

Another night of raunchy stories, lots of laughs and a little card.

Leilani's Gymnastics

A few months back, our niece Jolie messaged me to let me know Leilani had a gymnastics meet in Toledo! I wrote it on the calendar and we are able to attend. It was so fun to watch! We had never been to meet before so it was a new experience. Leilani did wonderful and took 3rd overall! 

 

Belated Christmas Program at Church

Our church's Christmas program was postponed due to Covid. 

This past Sunday the children were able to perform. Our Head Angel and Rabbit were absolutely thrilled. (sarcasm) 

Ava was a rabbit and had a speaking part and Addy was the Head Angel. She was happy she didn't have to speak!

Clearly they were excited! 

It was actually a cute program and good music! 

I think they were happy it was over.

New Years Eve 2021

New Years Eve started with a celebration for Emmett's 1st birthday! 

He loved to play in his cake but didn't love to eat it. How is he even part of this family?

We got to hang out with this sweet girl. Notice her jewels?

Back home for a quiet night with my girl. John had to work days so it was an early night for him. 

I put together our best memories of the year.

While we were super lame at home...
