Brunch, Rides, and a Dalmatian

Saturday morning, John's sister hosted a brunch for the family since mostly everyone was from out of town. Great food and even more family time!! The bride and groom came over and brought their dog, Pyro. Yep, a dalmatian. Ava loved him! Big surprise....

On the way to brunch, we passed a festival. Since we were in no rush to get home, we decided to head back there after Aunt Liz's. This made a certain little girl pretty happy.

We got home about 7:00. And we were exhausted. Beat. Whipped. I was in bed by 10 and Ava and Daddy somehow made it to stay up for the Buckeye game. Today, it was paying bills, unpacking, and laundry. What a great weekend! We were on our own time, did what we wanted, and really enjoyed everything!

Andrew and Megan's Wedding

John's nephew got married Friday night. Perfect setting. Perfect weather. Perfect family! We had a great time and wonderful visits with everyone!!

Ava did some major damage on the dance floor. The girl can hang. We got back to the hotel around 12:30 and girl slept until 9:45 on Saturday morning. That was awesome. For all parties involved.  Next up, brunch at Aunt Liz's, a festival and a dalmation dog.

Hands On Museum - Ann Arbor

John's nephew got married Friday night in Ann Arbor. We decided to head up early and do some fun things. We checked into our room and headed to California Pizza Kitchen for lunch. We don't have one local, so we were happy!! After lunch we headed to the Ann Arbor Hands On Museum! It's a smaller version of Imagination Station.

This was my favorite part!!! We were able to locate Shanghai on the big Google Map. I was so excited to show Ava. I was lucky I got her to sit still for this picture. Maybe someday she'll think it's cool. Haha

Ava loved it!!! She really enjoyed the water table and the fishing part. After the museum, we stopped at The World Market. We bought Ava a little Chinese Girl water globe. We headed back to the hotel for a nap and to get ready for Andrew and Megan's wedding. That's in the next post!!!

Lunch with Mrs. Schober!
